MASAGO

The classic recipe for making MASAGO uses capelin roe (Mallotus villosus), a fish from the pelagic family. Also, observing high quality standards, can be used herring roe of a high degree of maturity.

Masago — is the main ingredient of such popular Japanese rolls as California and Alaska.

In production, roe is marinated according to a classic Japanese recipe, which allows us to save the delicacy of the product and its individual taste. With bright, bold color and excellent taste, MASAGO makes a beautiful and delicious addition to the dish. Small roe corns, crunchy and piquant, making a contrast in sushi rolls and as a filling for rice dishes.

TOBIKO

Flying fish roe (cypselurus poecilopterus) is used for making TOBIKO. TOBIKO is one of the most valuable additions to Japanese cuisine, due to recognizable taste and famous crispy texture, which emphasizes the individuality of the dish and adds a zest to it.

TOBIKO is used as an ingredient in rolls or filling in Tobiko Gunkans. Very popular spice sauces with the addition of this ingredient.

Roe corns in TOBIKO are larger than in MASAGO, the taste is deeper and more refined.

Due to its beautiful color, contrasting with a soft, slightly sweet-salty taste, dishes arelively and memorable.

TOBIKO is also respected for useful properties. Roe in TOBIKO is more nutritious, rich in proteins, vitamins and omega-3 fatty acids.

Another important aspect of this product is its stability, which allows to maintainits structure after defrosting.
